Arrive Lima You are met upon arrival and transferred to your hotel.

(B/-/-) Visit the Amano Museum that has the best collection of weavings from pre-Hispanic cultures. You can appreciate the evolution of said societies through their textile art, which shows an extraordinary weaving technique and the use of natural dyes.

(B/-/-) Transfer to the airport for your flight to Cusco. Arrive in Cusco and transfer to your hotel. Dedicate an afternoon just to enjoy to walk to  it´s gorgeous stone streets, listening the Andean music and falling in love with a glorious past, the Inca past that had the capacity to create this civilization that we are lucky enough to experience with our senses. You will visit the Coricancha the Temple of the Sun , the Cusco Cathedral and the impressive Sacsayhuaman.

(B/-/-) Today you will enjoy a wonderfully inspirational visit to the “Center for Traditional Textiles of Cusco.” . The museum is a trove of traditional costume and household textiles and we will see excellent examples of mantas, carrying cloths, skirts with tapestry borders, etc.

(B/L/-) You will start your tour in Awanakancha, an exhibition center of textiles and South American camelids. It is considered a living museum and here you can see Andean camelids, learn about the techniques to take their wool and finally acquire finely spun garments. You will then visit the Pisac market and after that walk through Ollantaytambo fortress and temple with stunning views over the valley.

(B/-/-) Enjoy a wonderful weaving show in Chincheros with Nilda Callanaupa, live demonstration of the techniques and how they use local plants as detergent for cloths washing.

(B/L/-) Head to Machu Picchu, this place can take your breath away with it´s perfection. Guided tour to the citadel, feel the Inca energy from this magic spot. At the end get down to Aguas Calientes for overnight.

(B/-/-) Early morning chance to climb the Huayna Picchu mountain or visit the fabulous Inca Bridge and enjoy the stunning views . In the afternoon we take a train to Cusco, arrive in Cusco and transfer to your hotel.
