Arrive Lima You are met upon arrival and transferred to your hotel.

(B/-/-) AM City tour Lima and in the afternoon transfer to the airport for flight to Trujillo. Arrive in Trujillo and transfer to you hotel.

(B/L/-) Visit Sun & Moon Huacas . The Temple of the Moon is an exquisitely decorated temple that represents the spiritual center of the Moche culture. Afternoon visit the Huaca Dragon and Chan Chan city that was the capital of the Chimu Empire, which inhabited this region after the fall of the Moche.

(B/-/-) Early departure for Chiclayo. On the road visit to the archeological complex of El Brujo, where you will find the gorgeous mummy of the Lady of Cao, the only Moche shaman woman known to these days. Visit the Huaca Rajada, or Cracked Temple, archeological site. At the Huaca Rajada you will find the mausoleum of the Lord of Sipán; one of the most powerful Moche kings of his time, with absolute power of life and death over all his subjects.

(B/L/-) Royal Tombs of the Lord of Sipán Museum. In this incredible museum, you can appreciate the magnificence of the archeological objects at the Sipán site: ceramics, textiles, jewelry in gold and silver, and an enormous quantity of ceremonial utensils. Afternoon visit to the Valley of the Pyramids and the on-site museum, Túcume was the last capital of the Lambayeque kingdom. Then you will connect with our flight to Lima. Arrive in Lima and transfer to your hotel.

(B/-/-) Leave Lima early and drive to the Ica desert. From Ica will be the overflight to the mysterious Nazca Lines: Animal figures including a monkey, a spider and an ‘owl man’, and thousands of perfectly straight lines are immaculately etched onto the desert’s surface. In the afternoon, visit the city of Ica, famous for its wine cellars, vine growing and wine making tradition.

(B/-/-) Drive to Paracas and visit the Ballestas Islands. Along the way, we can see the Candelabro, an enormous drawing on the side of one of the immense sand dunes that run along the coast. At the Ballestas you can observe a seal colony in their natural habitat. After that continue the journey back to Lima.

(B/-/-) This morning fly to Arequipa, and transfer to your hotel. The afternoon is devoted to exploring Arequipa, also known as “the White City” due to the predominance of the white volcanic rock called “sillar” used in its buildings and also de Santa Catalina Convent.

(B/L/-) Early in the morning is the starting to your trip to the Colca Canyon, where you will see the amazing landscape. Pampas Cañahuas is one of the highlights of the journey where you can see alpacas. Arrive to Colca town and transfer to your hotel.

(B/-/-) Today you leave our hotel very early in the morning. Drive across the left side of the canyon to the Condor Cross lookout, where we may have the chance to spot the Andean Condor, considered the biggest bird in the world. On your way back to the hotel, we drive through beautiful typical towns, like Yanque and Maca, with charming colonial churches, and you have the opportunity to meet local people with typical needlework dresses.

(B/-/-) Begin your overland trip towards Puno. Upon arrival in Puno transfer to your hotel.

(B/L/-) Unforgettable day visiting the Islands of this impressive lake. Let´s start with the floating Uros Island, a place where the woman is the authority and where they keep traditions of thousands of years. Then continue to the Taquile Island where you can enjoy the union between the water and the sky with the incredible landscape.

(B/L/-) Depart by turistic bus to Cusco, on the way you will visit the archeological sites such as Pukara, La Raya, Raqchi, Andahuaylillas and we will enjoy the magnificent scenery. Arrival and transfer to your hotel.

(B/L/-) Today you will explore the Sacred Valley of the Incas. On route visit the Sacsayhuaman and then visit the Pisaq archaeological site and its colorful market. After that enjoy the visit to the Seminario´s pottery workshop in Urubamba. At the end transfer to your hotel in Sacred Valley.

(B/-/-) Before to head to Machu Picchu, walk through Ollantaytambo fortress and temple with stunning views over the valley. Then continue to the Ollanta station to board the train to Machu Picchu. Arrive in Aguas Calientes and walking distance transfer to your hotel in Aguas Calientes.

(B/L/-) Early morning chance to climb the Huayna Picchu mountain or just visit the Machu Picchu citadel the “Lost City of the Incas”, you also can choose to visit the fabulous Inca Bridge and enjoy the stunning views . In the afternoon we take a train to Cusco, arrive in Cusco and transfer to your hotel.

(B/-/-) Without a doubt this city needs a full day time just to enjoy to walk to it´s gorgeous stone streets, listening the Andean music and falling in love with a glorious past, the Inca past that had the capacity to create this civilization that we are lucky enough to experience with our senses. You will visit the Coricancha the Temple of the Sun and the Cusco Cathedral.

(B/L/D) Transfer to the airport for flight to Puerto Maldonado. Arrival and Reception. Your guide will show you tropical trees, medicinal plants and the exuberant nature of the 60-hectare-area of Corto Maltés Amazonía. A short stop at a viewpoint where toucans and other birds can be spotted. In the evening : “Caiman Safari”. Before dinner, you will leave for a nocturnal boat trip to observe caimans and, with a bit of luck, other animals which populate the riverbank.

(B/L/D) After roughly 20 minutes of navigation on the river Madre de Dios, arrival at the landing stage of Lake Sandoval. During a 3 km hike through the exuberant vegetation, you will enter the territory of Tambopata National Reserve, where you will have the chance to admire giant trees, snakes, monkeys (squirrel monkeys, howler monkeys and capuchin monkeys) and various birds (notably the Hoatzin – also known as the stinkbird -, kingfishers and snakebirds). Continue to the Monkey Island. After that visit of one of the two lookout towers of Corto Maltès Amazonía, with a height of 20 and 42 meters and designed for birdwatching and viewing of other types of animals living at this altitude. In addition, you will enjoy an incredible view of the sunset.

(B/L/D) After a 20 minutes boat trip down the river, you will arrive at the chacra, that is a local farm owned by a typical family of the agricultural region, where domestic plants are carefully cultivated, without the use of chemicals, and which are later offered at the main market in Puerto Maldonado. You will distinguish and even taste different tropical fruits of the season and other domestic products (cacao, banana, cocona, breadfruit, noni, manioc, lime,…).

(B/-/-) Early wake up for some coffee or tea before leaving for a 20 minutes walk to the clay lick, where you will have the possibility to observe 3 to 5 types of parrots. A colorful and veritable delightful and exciting event. After that return to Puerto Maldonado for your flight to Lima.
