Arrive Lima You are met upon arrival and transferred to your hotel.

(B/-/-) The city of Kings, a beautiful country by the Peruvian coast. Visit the Main Square, Cathedral of Lima and the San Francisco Monastery. Finally we visit the fascinating Larco Herrera Museum, considered the most important museum in Latin América which shows the collection of Pre-Columbian art in the country, including fine examples of textiles, pottery and gold and silver pieces set with semiprecious stones.

(B/L/D) Transfer to the airport for flight to Puerto Maldonado. Arrive in Puerto Maldonado you will be received by the employees of the lodge and will be transferred to the fluvial port, where you will finally board a motor boat that will take you downstream for 45 minutes until the jungle that surrounds the Reserva Amazónica. You can have lunch after checking in and you will subsequently take the afternoon tours, which include a trekking through the system of paths, to watch the diverse vegetation, insects and birds that surround the lodge.

(B/L/D) You will get up early to see the sun rising over the Madre de Dios River. After enjoying a breakfast of eggs, local fruit and freshly baked bread, you will visit the island and community of Rolin. Then you will have lunch at the lodge and begin your afternoon tour, located five minutes away from the lodge by boat. You will arrive at the Canopy Interpretation Center to climb at 45 meters of height toward a network of seven hanging bridges.

(B/L/D) The reserve, which has an area of one and a half million hectares, with six hundred bird species, 1122 butterfly species, 151 dragonfly species and 29 beetle species have been detected in only 5500 hectares. It is possible to walk one mile in the jungle and not finding the same tree species twice. It is not unusual to see different sizes and colors of vipers, frogs, deer, and spiders, a sign of the well-being of the tropical forest.

(B/-/-) After having breakfast, you will check out from the lodge and sail to Puerto Maldonado City, where you will visit Inkaterra’s Butterfly House, the only one in Peru, where you can see a large quantity of endemic butterflies. Finally you will be transferred to the airport for your flight to Cusco. Arrive in Cusco and transfer to the Sacred Valley to your hotel.

(B/L/-) Today you will explore the Sacred Valley of the Incas. Your first stop is Pisaq, visit the archaeological site and its colorful market. After that walk through Ollantaytambo fortress and temple with stunning views over the valley. At the end transfer to your hotel.

(B/L/-) Head to Machu Picchu, this place can take your breath away with it´s perfection. Guided tour to the citadel, feel the Inca energy from this magic spot. At the end get down to Aguas Calientes for overnight.

(B/-/-) Early morning chance to climb the Huayna Picchu mountain or visit the fabulous Inca Bridge and enjoy the stunning views . In the afternoon we take a train to Cusco, arrive in Cusco and transfer to your hotel.

(B/-/-) Without a doubt this city needs an afternoon just to enjoy to walk to it´s gorgeous stone streets, listening the Andean music and falling in love with a glorious past, the Inca past that had the capacity to create this civilization that we are lucky enough to experience with our senses. You will visit the Coricancha the Temple of the Sun, the Cusco Cathedral and the impressive Sacsayhuaman.

(B/L/-) Transfer to the train station to board the Titicaca train to Puno. Live an authentic experience and enjoy the Peruvian highlands at the observation wagon where you have the chance to view llamas, alpacas and beautiful natural sceneries. After your arrival at Puno you will be transferred to your hotel.

(B/L/-) Unforgettable day, visiting the Islands of this impressive lake. Let´s start with the floating Uros Island, a place where the woman is the authority and where they keep traditions of thousands of years. Then continue to the Taquile Island where you can enjoy the union between the water and the sky with the incredible landscape.
